At Black Skull Coffee Company, we stand by the quality of our roasts; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns on defective hardware or unopened accessories within 30 days.

Return Process

  Email our crew at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.

  Review Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our safety and quality guidelines before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
